Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Mielasiela wooden toys. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@mielasiela.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please email us at contact@mielasiela.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
