Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

• Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Delays & Issues

Mielasiela is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, customs, or unforeseen weather conditions. If your package is delayed or missing, please reach out to us at contact@mielasiela.com, and we’ll assist you in locating your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
